About SBMS

The School of Basic Medical Sciences (SBMS) at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, is dedicated to training healthcare professionals and medical scientists who can provide excellent patient care, conduct cutting-edge research, and advance the health and wellbeing of communities. Our seven departments combine theoretical knowledge with practical clinical experience.
