Should I use Instant Payment or Manual Transfer?
Instant Payment (bank transfer via our payment gateway) is the faster option — your LGC is credited automatically as soon as the transfer clears, with no waiting on manual review. Manual Transfer still works, but it needs to be checked and approved by our team, which takes longer. We recommend Instant Payment whenever it's available to you.
My top-up isn't reflecting yet — what do I do?
If you used Manual Transfer, requests are reviewed by our team, so it can take a while during busy periods — check the Activity tab, where it'll show as "Pending" until approved. If it's been more than a few hours, reach out on WhatsApp with your payment reference. This is one more reason Instant Payment is the better choice when you can use it.
I bought a plan but it isn't active
Head to the Plans tab and refresh, or simply reopen the app. If your balance was deducted but the plan still isn't showing as active after that, contact Support with the time of purchase.
How is my Naira converted to LGC?
₦1 is equal to 1 LGC. So a ₦500 top-up credits your wallet with 500 LGC once it's approved.
Is there a limit on Manual Transfer requests?
Yes — Manual Transfer requests are capped at ₦100,000 (100,000 LGC) per request. If you need to top up more than that, either split it into multiple manual requests or use Instant Payment, which has no such cap.
Can I get a refund on unused LGC?
LGC top-ups are non-refundable once credited, since they're an in-app currency rather than a direct payment. If something went wrong with a specific transaction, let us know on WhatsApp or by email and we'll look into it.
I missed a day — does my check-in streak reset?
Yes, the daily check-in streak resets if you miss a day, so try to check in once every 24 hours to keep your rewards growing.
